My game glitch

Got a new phone moto g power.. it glitch when you get three or four matches.. I don't know how to fix the problem. I tried everything.i have 665 processors. And 64GB.

@svmaddy hi and welcome. Please check both your game and device are up to date and on the latest version, log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

Hi and welcome to the community.

As you are saying that you have a new device so if you dont have enough boosters and lives. Try once again uninstall and reinstall the game application and see if it solves your issue.

You may also check that your device software is up to date.
