Loading and none loading of events
Every time I come on to play this the new events are never there until I've used a life. Almost every time I finally get the new event up it won't let me play it as it keeps saying loading. I've read through the help and tips and it says it could be slow Internet but I've tried this on WiFi, mobile data and even families WiFi but makes no difference. I love the game but can't play it most the time without reloading and rebooting it most times. I just don't understand why when the events finally do load up after losing a life on normal mode then I can't play it anyway as it won't load up. I'm losing out on past events and rewards due to this. Is anyone else having this problem please.

May I ask what type device you are playing on? eg, Apple, Android, Computer, etc. And also if you are playing through King or Facebook?

We always recommend clearing app cache and playing a new or old level once! This might just fix your issue!

Hi glenn1972 I an playing on android and it is through the King app. It is linked to Facebook also.

Hi deepshikhasharon. I have tried clearing everything and even uninstalled also but no joy. I have to play a level before it brings up the event but it doesn't always load up a level for me to play. I've tried going and doing previous levels but they also don't always load up.

I have a similar problem from time to time. What I worked out is that the app will start and load with an ordinary connection, but it needs a stronger signal to prevent the loading issue. I hope this makes some sense.

@gappi In very rare circumstances, there may be a widespread issue delivering the game to you - but this is very uncommon. If you’re having problems playing the game, it’s worthwhile doing some housekeeping steps on your device to maximize the chances of the game running smoothly for you.
Please try all the options below to resolve the issue:
- Look for any updates for your device and the game app.
- Force close all apps and restart your device making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.
- Make sure that you have sufficient memory free on your device. We normally recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
- As a last resort, we can try deleting and reinstalling the game as it usually fixes most issues. Simply make sure that your game is safely backed up to your King or Facebook account before proceeding with this step.*
*Please also note that any boosters or extra lives stored in the game may also be lost during this process, so it's worth trying to use them up before reinstalling.
For me, it usually helps to restart the game a few times. I also play on Andriod mobile, in the app. If I notice on my device that the game loads very slowly, I check the Internet connection by going to the question mark in Settings.
If the game is still slow, I repeat the steps: open the app, check the internet connection, close the app, open the app again. Usually it works for me.
Please try the steps described and check your storage space. I hope you can play normally again soon.
