Help for tricky levels!
I had completed the christmas levels yesterday. It told me that the super-star levels would start today (usually 3 levels). I have not seen it all. Why hasn't it shown up yet?

This event has ended, and the Game Studio is aware and investigating that players have not received any prizes. I am sorry about that.
I recommend to contact King Player Support; they can check your game 🙂

@RachJain I know all the current events in Candy Crush Friends Saga and also if there are bugs in this game. For Candy Crush Soda Saga, I'm going to tag my colleagues who are in charge of the game. I also play CCSS but can only tell you what's happening in my game. Basically, my colleagues will help you @Yosca and @Pitty_Kitty in this game.
Please always make sure you have the latest version of your games and enough storage space (recommended: at least 2 GB). This allows you to rule out the most common causes of errors in the game.
@DieOmimi, In Candy Crush Soda, there was an event with 4 challenges. I got up to Gold III, but I don't see the icon in the game, nor did I receive my prizes yet. Can you find out what is going with it? Thanks.
@RachJain, we now have 12 characters, 11 of which can be selected as helpers before a level starts. Mr. Toffee is currently only responsible for gifts and no character in the scrapbook.
I'm not aware at the moment that there will be completely new characters. There are ideas but no plans for implementation yet.
@DieOmimi, do you know if there are any more new characters coming to Candy Crush Friends?
@RachJain, you mean standard Olivia? Don't get stickers from the Daily Reward or Mystery Chest? If not, we will have to wait for the next event with Olivia. I think Olivia always comes in the summer.
I'm curious whether there will be a new event tomorrow or if we will have to wait until the spring calendar.
@DieOmimi Do you when I will be able to more stickers to get the original Olivia the Octopus character. I only have 100/450 stickers.
@RachJain, the event is already over. The milestone level celebration in the game was in January. At the moment, the event with nutcracker for a Valentine's costume is still in play, but only a few hours left. Dachs delivery service should be back tomorrow and I hope there will be a new costume event.
Please make sure you always have the latest version of the app on your device. You also need a strong internet connection.
@DieOmimi, It's a shame that the superstar levels aren't coming back. I haven't seen an event to celebrate the 6000 milestone. Do you when it's coming?
Hi everyone, some bugs have been fixed. Dachs delivery service is back and a milestone event. I hope that the other bugs will be fixed soon.
The superstar levels won't come back. I am sorry that the error could not be. But we have a new event to celebrate the 6000 milestone.
Same thing happened to me RachJain. They just fixed the "friends send/receive bug and then this happened. My superstar levels as well as everything else disappeared. CC friends always has problems. None of the other CC games seem to have issues as frequently. Wonder why. Hope this is sorted out soon.
@RachJain, I don't have any news yet. It seems to be a bigger problem, I don't know myself. Every day I check my game and ask our community support. I would like to know for myself how it goes on and bring you good news. Please be patient. I know it's hard when you want to do exciting things in the game again. I'm just as affected, I'm sorry if I can't help at the moment. 😓

@RachJain, it's gone with all players. I've already reported it and am waiting for a response from the studio.
I can't tell you yet why all events were suddenly taken out of the game. 🤷♀️ If I have news, I'll get back to you.
