I came in first place and didn’t receive my rewards, prizes. What do I do to fix this?

I'm sorry you didn't receive your rewards. This has happened to a number of players and the issue has been reported to our Studio.
You may be able to get your missing boosters by following these steps: (1) Launch your Candy Crush Friends Saga app, but don't click on the "Play" button. (2) Click on the Settings icon (gear). (3) Click on the question mark and then open the "Events" section. (3) Click on the "My special event just disappeared" and scroll to the bottom of that page. There you will find a "CONTACT US" button. Click on it to contact King support and describe your situation. Some players have had their rewards added to their profiles. I can't promise that you will have the same result -- that team may refer you back to this Community. Otherwise, you may need to see if your boosters are awarded after the current "bugs" are fixed. I am only a volunteer and cannot award boosters directly to players -- Sorry!

This level doesn't spawn green candies, yet Rachel is in the list. This is not the dead Chinese version where a character can adapt to a different color.
