Dachs Delivery Service is a very popular event in Candy Crush Friends Saga. It is the only event where players can work as a team to complete quests and win boosters. Players occasionally encounter glitches in this event. We appreciate it when you provide details regarding any issues you encounter and will do our best to find a solution.

Hello @giulya73, I am not sure I understand your question. Can you post a screenshot with a list of your team members? It might help me understand, so I can provide an appropriate answer.

Sometimes our avatars are not synced in all King games. If you have changed your avatar from the original default one or to personalize it, it may take time to update across all games. Even after playing for years, I see different versions of my avatar in some games. In Candy Crush Friends Saga, my avatar displays a previous version in my team and when my final scores are posted. I think this is unique to Candy Crush Friends Saga. Your avatar should eventually appear, although it may not be your most recent avatar.

I've never changed my avatar, since I've been on the internet it's always the same, and I only use my cell phone, the initials AN I have no idea where they come from, too bad not to solve the problem....thanks❤️

@giulya73, This issue is not limited to you, but it appears to be limited to the list of team members for many Dachs Delivery Service teams. I ask you to be patient, as I believe a picture of your avatar will eventually appear.

Just a question thou, because this is about DD....
Now for the second time, I missed the latest dilevery. I know we reached the 7th. But when i log in, the complete event is gone, but no option to collect the rewards.
So can we change something? A little longer time to (just)collect the rewards? Or stop the game to get time to collect? Its a bit frustrating not to get the possibility to collect.
(If this is the wrong topic, if post a separate topic)
