Why has my sweet streak stopped working

It has always worked fine every day without fail then 2 days ago it just stopped no matter how many boards I beat it won’t work I’ma little upset and frustrated it makes it a little more difficult without them can someone please let me know if this has happened to you and or if I can fix it please

Sweet streak is always available for one calendar month. For me, the event disappeared from my game yesterday. Today I received a popup that sweet streak is available again.
Can you please open and close your app several times. Make sure you have a strong internet connection.
If it doesn't work, please check if there is an update and run it.
Force close all apps and turn off your device to keep it off for at least 10 seconds. Once you've turned your device back on, make sure you have a good internet connection and open your app.
I hope that sweet streak will be seen in your game again.

I tried all of that it didn’t work but thank you for trying and there is no update I love this game but I find myself playing it less often because it’s harder without sweet streak I wish I could get it back but thanks for your help

@LauraSmith82 tomorrow a new calendar month begins. Please try the proposed measures again on 1 June. I hope sweet streak is back in your game then.

I really appreciate you trying day after day for what 3 our 4 days now to help me fix this problem you’re really kind I just did the update it didn’t work either but it was a good idea I thought it would work I guess the problem will eventually fix it self I hope I really do love this game it’s amazing I fell in love with the characters thank you so much though do you just play the game or do you work for the game that’s probably a stupid question but I’m curious you have been trying so much to help thank you again
