What’s going on that you can’t change the direction you would like to play the game? And it’s not because my IPad is in the locked position. My other games flip.

Either way 2 days ago and before that I could always play upright or sideways. I prefer turning my iPad sideways. Easier to hold. You could’ve reached out to your players to see which way they prefer. I think I am playing Candy Crush Saga Friends. Whichever one had the Royalty program and did away wit it about a month ago.

@DebraPearl I'm assuming you don't mean our game Candy Crush Friends Saga. This has only been around for 4 years. If you've been playing for 10 years, you mean Candy Crush Saga, right? That's a different game.

I have been playing daily for 10 years and I could turn my IPad upright or sideways to play. Yesterday was the first day I could not do that. I’m no fond of the fact I can’t flip it sideways
