Play Candy Crush Saga, am on level 6337
Lately, my game will freeze while I am in the middle of one of the "extra events", where you can load up on lollipop extras. Then when I log out and log back in…it is gone and it is usually awhile before another comes up. This is getting frustrating.
Hi @Mr_Fishy I'm really sorry about that. Yes, we currently have a bug that only affects Windows users. Windows users currently have no events, or the events are only visible briefly and disappear during the next session. We all have to wait until this is fixed.

Any and all events, including bubblegum…it just decides it is over and I have to play for a week with no bonus games.
I am on level 6300 and this didn't happen until recently.

You can find your game/player ID here, tap on the green text: How can I find my player ID?
You can find your current game version in your store. Search for the game in your store and click on the game icon. Sometimes you have to scroll a bit to get to the information. Here's an example from the Microsoft Store on Windows:
