This update worked fine for me but it killed bubblegum level pop-up. If I hit back or come out of app before starting bubble-gum level, then there is no pink level pop-up to click and continue. That level is gone and I need to complete several usual levels before triggering another bubble gum level.
Doesn't matter. It doesn't do anything.
My Google Play store don't have the update yet.
The update does absolutely nothing.

It didn't. At all.
Please pass this on to the game team as I am encouraging everyone to do the same.
I am stopping all play and purchases until I hear that it is "fixed". When it is "fixed" I will resume play too see if truly is taken care of, but even then it will be a very long time before I do any kind of purchase. Why should we spend our time and money on something that cannot deliver on its claims?

If a ticket is opened, no replies, no fix.
I have the latest version, just entered Hazelnut event, then exited and now disappeared.
It's been months this bug happens, disappointing.
Can we once again expect to wait at least a month to be told "it's fixed" just for it to break again after 1 week?
Bubblegum levels to win free lives are gone!
Same as others are saying. I have the latest version. Dach's, BBT, Star Chaser, Sweet Streak, Hazlenut crunch. Played them yesterday, played them this morning. Came back this afternoon, all gone.
This has gone beyond annoying and now become anger-inducing and stupid.
So I have the 2 new events, Dach's so far has stayed, but the bubblegum event is whacked again. I can see my bubblegum team but the bubblegum levels have disappeared. Obviously the corruption that keeps happening with the game started a long time ago with someone who clearly wasn't qualified to write code for the game. King is going to have to dig deeper if they want the root problem solved. Now I need to log back into the game to see if every other event has stayed. I will keep you updated and have a sweet day!
The same happened to me. Played one level and both events that started today disappeared.

It worked. Now I even have two more events which may be wrong - there is no better moment to bring Spring Jelly Queen back.

Hi, my dachs delivery appeared days ago but the tasks never load, it's stuck on the gift icon which just keeps reloading endlessly.

While Sweet Streak and Delivery are back, a BGT event doesn't work correctly. Version is 4.21.2.0 as you would expect.

Thanks for the information; I received pop-up windows for the Valentine's Day event and the bubblegum troll.
My account, too. I uninstalled and re-installed and lost all my boosters as well. No events show up.
Thank you as my card sets have just disappeared and I was only 1 away from completing the entire event.
Please work on resolving the issue of disappearing events. The event disappeared for the team I'm part of, and the bubblegum event also disappeared
It has been two weeks since the problem.
For the number of times this has happened in the past, you should probably already know the systemic cause. As developers, you should be better versed at testing everything BEFORE you release a new update.

It's been two weeks now. This happens regularly. It's not rocket science, echoing everyone else who said these kinds of things should no longer be happening. I got an announcement for lunar new year levels and the next time i logged in it was gone.
My valentine's day levels never reappeared once they vanished.

I had Dachs Delivery Service for probably about 10 minutes and it disappeared.☹️
I also had an event with tiffi arriving in 3 days also disappeared.☹️
And today a new delivery and New Year Tiffi are also gone.
Same. I was happy to see it because finally something worked. Played 2 levels, gone. Beyond annoyed at this point.
This event appeared on Thursday and then the ad disappeared.
Why hasn't this been fixed? It's been an ongoing problem for months! My events Dachs delivery service disappeared this morning right after I bought lives. You guys owe us big time. This is a constant ongoing problem. 😡

Same repeat issue here- lunar announcement disappeared after playing. This morning Dachs went away once I played. Completed all troubleshooting and made a ticket for the last event that went away.
Hello, this is already crossing all limits of patience, first you turned off some of the characters' sounds which made them so cute as much as they were frustrating at times, but now it's really irritating that I can't hear the giant's trumpets, the owl's anger and the like, then you give me events and then everything disappears, like giving a child candy and then taking it away. I get angry and it frustrates me....
Still happening. Valentine's game announced, then disappeared. But now, there is a new wrinkle. While this was occuring within the past two weeks, I was able to play Dach'e Delivery for the entire time it was available. It never disappeared. Today, a new Dach's Deliver was opened. I played for a while, exited, and now it has disappered. So it looks like the issue is getting WORSE not better.
Please fix the disappearing events!
And I just realized I haven't seen Sweet Streak since this all started. This is turning into the WORST case that has happened so far.
