Hi, I am on level 65, I have collected the nutcracker character but it's stuck on downloading
I am using a android device and have a strong wifi connection. have had this issue since past 3 days.

The game when it connects to the internet the characters will be dwonloaded automatically but you need to wait until it installed and well if not, you need to reinstall the game or check your internet connection or check your phone storage because if the storage is full, the game server will not able to download anything!
