possibilities:
1) a temporary glitch(if 3 days is temporary)
2) the wheel has been inactivated
unfortunately ... we may not be able to contact king until Monday(in Europe)

so we wait ... and hope it fixes itself this weekend

some good news:
The Booster Wheel issue is in both PaPS and and ABS since they are on the same event server. They are looking into it and trying to get it back ASAP.
so ... now we wait 🙂

Leanoraqueen, apparently it's normal for King to take a long time to fix problems. I had raised the same question & a moderator responded with some examples of their previous turnaround times. I worked in software for years & our entire team would have been fired if we took that long to deliver a fix.

I have a feeling the bonus will not be coming back because it's been almost two weeks here in the US. At least let us know what's going on with it is it coming back or isn't it

KathleenLloyd I was worrying the same. At least there's an opportunity to get a booster for watching a video. Not sure if it's only once a day or more... I haven't played as much lately.
