Rewards not recieved in recent event ingame

Hello team from King,

my first time on this forum, because I experienced a problem.

There was an event ingame, that concerned collection icecones; that event ended yesterday/today (depending on timezone) and I was on first spot.

When I logged in today, the event was gone and no prices to collect or recieved; what happened?

What can I do to recieve? Thank you.

    @DannySan @LogicCircuit @bbdohnal the studio told me that they sent some boosters to you as compensation. I hope they have arrived safely in your game. It would be nice if you can confirm that they have arrived. Thank you very much!

    I'm sorry you didn't get your rewards from the event. It also happened to me last week at the Star Race. This bug is known and should actually be fixed. Unfortunately, it still occurs sometimes.

    Do you have a screenshot for me that supports your statement? It would be very helpful because then we can ask the studio to help you. In addition, I need your user-id. You can share both here below.

    Hey hello, thank you for your reply!

    I do not have any screenshots because I didn't know I needed them before I logged in the next day to see the event gone. This is unacceptable if its a 'known' issue; there are ofcourse database records of who was in which place when the event ended and also if someone got a reward so King should better fix it.

    My userID should i share that publicly on a forum?

    @DannySan no other player can do anything with your User ID. It is a technical identifier of your King account. We only need this ID, no personal data - so no e-mail address, no name, country or address. Only the technical data that we pass on to the studio. 

    Since there has been a new update in the meantime and the bug is fixed, I can not promise you if we will get a quick answer from the studio. 

    Please also check your store to see if you need to update. I want to avoid it happening to you again next weekend.

    I understand, my UserId is 1008797584.

    I installed an update just now but that didn't fix it; I was assuming this would be an hands-on customer service so my problem is fixed straight away like it should. I've played this game for quiet some time and also spend some money on it.

    If the game is faulty and bugs like this happen more often, then King has a problem; and I'm gonna address it.

    and I'm playing the game via facebook account, but i didn't see the userid anywhere... please let me know "how to check the userid".

    @DannySan please be patient, we will try to help you. I know it's not nice when a game sometimes has a flaw. I can also understand that you are not happy because I do not have a solution right away. 

    The new update ensures that the error will no longer occur in the future. Everything that has happened before can only be regulated manually.

    In the meantime, you may want to meet our friendly players from all over the world here or take part in our competitions. I'd love to see you in the community more often.

    I have the same problem. I was first with over 500 cones and the next person in second place had around 210 before the game ended. My user ID is 10246522075.
