The condition is unknown, but sometimes the character sticks at "ready to fire" state and do nothing, while the ability counter resets to 0. At first I thought it were tied to specific skin, but now this also happens to one of the classic skins.

This random error happens more and more often now, even with me in the game. It is currently being investigated. We still have to be patient, it seems to be a bigger problem.

I have had Tiffi stick at "ready to fire" state and do nothing, while the ability counter resets to 0. This has happened on different levels on different dates intermittently. I am playing on Laptop with Windows.

Your frustration is shared by many Friends players because the functionality for sending and receiving lives in CCFS is not very robust. Consequently, I created an IDEA to get this functionality improved. However, the idea needs more votes to earn a higher priority on the developers' action list. Please vote for my idea by clicking on the word "IDEA" in bold green font above to view the idea. Then show your support by clicking on the "votes" button in the lower left corner of the idea post, and watch the number of votes increase by 1.
I’m having same issue. It’s very random and on different levels so can’t pinpoint exact level or character. It’s very FRUSTRATING, because I also can’t add any friends and have never received lives from friends I do have that send them every day!!!! I don’t understand why it’s possible on other candy crush games but you can’t figure out problems with Candy crush friends???
And again. This glitch happens all the day and is not tied to any specific level.
This glitch is rare that they may happen randomly. Will report later.
@AkumaXX I played different levels with different characters. Also your two levels with Misty and with Yeti. I couldn't recreate the error in my game. Both Misty and Yeti threw their special candies on the board when the counter was filled with 15 orange or 12 cyan candies.
Therefore, I can only advise you to clear the cache, stop the app and try again.
Thanks @AkumaXX. I also play on Android and have the same version. So far, I have not encountered this error. I'm going to try it now on the two levels you posted.

Again, android 1.89.4. Recent few versions are full of lethal glitches.

Hi, in my opinion there is a problem with bubblegum troll level 6 (new edition). If you look in the situation on picture before.png, and move the "bubble gum bubble" in the right upper corner to destroy the "bubble gum cell", because the lower cells are still not free it results in the situation on the picture after.png…
