Hi Natalie, Yeah! I don't think it is possible to make the drawing smaller on mobile devices (without any Apps)!
I would say --> zoom-in the image -- move to the place where your blocker is -- circle it in either Red or Black -- don't zoom out, but save the image there itself.
The image will be short, but the blocker will be seen clearly 🙂
