My friends list has been empty for a while. Do you have any idea what is this about? There used to be some players here..? This happened after the web site update..

@hudus, it happened to me at level 6 as well. The level has 3 frames and it does not move to picture 2. But it helps to delete an Android device of the Chache, force close all apps and restart the device. It helped me and I'm now at level 10.

it didnt freeze. There was no friendsgiving icon but it came now.
I always use android device and only from my phone. The server didnt move the screen to next frame so my life and boosters went for nothing
@hudus these issues happen in the same device? and have you done some troubleshooting recently to see if it fixes them?

About the freezing issue and about the fact that some icons disappeared- that looks more like a technical or a connection issue. Please try out these few steps:
1) Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device, then open your game and ensure you are connected to your correct King/Facebook account
2) Check for game updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device. Not sure how? Check out this video, it has all the information you need to update your game on your device.
3) Check for device updates: To ensure you’re running the latest software for your device. This can vary from device to device, but following these steps should help:

My screen didnt move forward due to a bug in game. I lost life and lost minutes from my boosters. Could CCFS team compensate my loss please?
Yes that kick start is the most important part of winning a level however some classic levels are still harder than some hard levels for example right now i m stuck in one of them hehe
They can be -- a lot depends on luck and what happens in the first couple of moves. Between the starting bonus from watching an ad, the bonus from the character start, any sweet streak bonus special candies and bonus timed boosters from dach's or similar, there have been super hard boards that clear nearly in a single move (like when you combine a color bomb with a coloring candy) or boards that become nearly impossible if not impossible (like when the initial move that would clear a necessary part of the board doesn't get to be played because one of the above changed colors or made the move unplayable).
Thats what i thought too but thing is some of these classic levels are even more difficult than super hard levels. Do you agree?
I have noticed it does that on ALL levels (no matter whether it was classic or otherwise when you started playing the level). Once you fail, it labels it super hard and offers you the option to watch adds to get more moves (twice times two moves) and get a color bomb (for the third commercial). I simply assumed it was due to the fact that you failed to pass the level on the original try.
Thank you lola and one more thing. You see in this level there was bubble skeleton instead of yeti. I lost few times in this level and the yeti showed up in choices instead of skeleton costume. Is that normal?

Here is another level 1678 classic level but it says hard and i dont even know what 3 skulls mean. Sometimes there are two skulls sometimes one.
