Why were the ads stopped??

Hi @Rophyjay welcome to our community in the forum of Candy Crush Friends Saga. 

I'm sorry you no longer have ads in your game. For me it has not been available for 1 1/2 years.

However, events and features in our games may temporarily disappear if a connection problem occurs during login. This can be hiccups, signal spike, or temporary signal loss. Usually, it helps to come back after doing any of the following:

01- Play at least 3 levels

02- Close the app and restart your device

03- Check if you have a stable connection

Advertising is a bonus feature that is not available at all times. In addition, with so many players, we sometimes have to distribute the fun a bit. To keep our events balanced, manageable and visible to as many people as possible so that everyone can try new things.

Even though the features aren't currently available, it's nice to know that you appreciate these features, and I'll pass on your feedback to our designers in the studio.

@hudus yes, this is about CCFS. There I don't get videos for extra moves or pre-game boosters.

On the same device I also play Jelly Saga, Bubble Witch3 and Pet Rescue Saga. While I don't get ads on CCFS, I can watch ads on my other games. So it's not the device but the provision by the game.
