You're absolutely right. There are 2-3 players on the team who never play.
I will remove these players from the team. I will remove those players who never play (for example, a player with level 30). But I will only do this when there are twenty players in the team.
After the twentieth member joins us, this player (level 30) will be removed from the team. Our team will again have only 19 players. We will again wait for the twentieth player.
Why am I doing this?
After I started inviting players from the Community to my team, you and some other amazing players came to us. I am very, very happy that all of you have joined the team. You are really cool players.
But I think not all the players who joined our team came to us from the Community.
Hundreds of thousands of players who play this game know nothing about the Community. How are they looking for a new team? They leave the passive team. They don't search by team name. They just see a table of commands in front of them. This is a list of several teams randomly selected by the game that the game suggests to this particular player to join one of them.
At the top of this table are teams that already have 19 players. Below are teams that already have 18, 17, 16 players.... and so on. At the very bottom of this table are teams that have only one player.
I want our team to be at the very beginning of the table in such tables. Therefore, I need to have at least 19 players in the team. I will stick with this tactic.
(For example, Adam or Sarawut came to my team in this way. They play very well. And have been playing with me for a very, very long time.)

The team I'm on has several spots open. Some members are from the community. Some are just game players and one is someone I know who isn't in the community.

There is a problem. Our team is very, very, very, very hard to find.
I understand that the Studio is not going to solve this problem. They do not care that people enter queries into the command search bar 30-40 times. And even after these huge efforts, the players do not always find our team. I think that this problem is not only with our team.
Is your team easy for people to find in the search?

Hi reblechild. Thanks for that. I used to play it .but, I found it too hard. So, I stopped. My daughter play 's it though. Thanks for letting me join your team. But, I don't what I have to do.BTW I love reading your comments. Their are goof and funny. We need someone like yourself to livern things up on the Community. We need bit of laughter in our lives.
