How is it possible that I didn’t receive enough points for new costumes, though I completed the first two weeks successfully? I did not missed one day… Something definitely went wrong here.

Hello @HugoLucca, I have shared your User ID with our Community Manager, but have not yet gotten a response. This issue may not be addressed until after the holidays due to staff vacations. You are not forgotten. Please be sure to collect all the hidden packages in the final week of the Advent Calendar event to see if you get the new Red Rabbit costume.

In each of the weekly events, there are several levels that include a hidden package -- each of the hidden packages must be won to get enough points to earn the badge. Most of the time, the level cannot be won without capturing the hidden package, but that is not always the case. As you can see from the images below, each time I captured one of the hidden packages, I earned points toward the goal of 450 points to get the Rachel blueberry elf costume.
After collecting the 4th hidden package, the new costume was unlocked.
Are you sure you collected all of the hidden packages for each of the costumes? If so, please send me your User ID and I will ask our Community Manager to have your account investigated.
In the meantime, have you tried our standard troubleshooting steps?
- Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.
- Check if there are updates to your app and run them
- Clear the cache (don't clear data!) when using a mobile device
- Then turn off your device completely to keep it off for at least 10 seconds before restarting.
If you can, try logging in on another device and see if your costumes appear in your scrapbook.
Though I cannot show to you that I completed every day of the week. I think that the ‘technical team’ can check this out and hopefully confirm.

Hi, in my opinion there is a problem with bubblegum troll level 6 (new edition). If you look in the situation on picture before.png, and move the "bubble gum bubble" in the right upper corner to destroy the "bubble gum cell", because the lower cells are still not free it results in the situation on the picture after.png…
