What is my Game User ID and where can I find it?

If you’ve ever had an issue with one of our games and have contacted us in the past, you may have been asked to provide your Game User ID.

This is a question often met with a little confusion, is it my email address? Is it my Facebook name? Don’t worry, we are here to clear that up.

Your Game User ID is simply your personal identifier that lets us locate your account and provide you with better service and assistance.

Finding the ten or eleven digit number in the game on a mobile device or the W10 app is very simple. If you play on desktop on Facebook, then please check the steps HERE instead.

Open the game and tap the 'My Profile' on the Start Menu:

You can also tap the Settings in the right upper corner on the game map...

...and select the 'My Profile' button here.

On your game profile page, double tap the King logo above...

...and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your Game User ID:

You should now have all the information needed to find your Game User ID.
