I have been e-mailing with King about this. They never acknowledged they knew about the problem and implied the issue was on my end. Very frustrated at this point!

Same here, it's very frustrating also because I earn my energy boosters and can't even play and use them. This is getting to the point that I don't want to play. At first I thought it was because they want me to spend money to buy lives. Hhuunm?

Me too! I've written many times. I get a different person, same suggestions. My last email basically blew me off as if there was no problem and it was me. I also have members in my group of friends that are having the same problem. Very bad support. This same problem was handled in April and fixed. This IT group doesn't seem to know how to fix it. Whats the point of encouraging having friends if you can't get extra lives like they advertise?

Same here, they play you off and act like its your fault or you're imagining all this. They're the ones that don't know what they're doing and don't know how to fix this problem. Its affecting more people than they want you to know! I started writing and complaining about it again today. Everyone should too until this is resolved

They said the same thing to me, that it's on my end. I don't know how. But I do keep getting a thing on my wall in the game and when I click on it, it ask me to confirm my friends with certain people and then it says I have to wait for them to confirm our friendship. Anyone else have this?

Same problems here, I've even lost the sweet streak jar. Really annoying .

I can send lives to my friends but I am not receiving the lives they send to me. Any suggestions?
