Help for tricky levels!
The last level I have is 6420 and it's been that way for over a month with no new levels coming out on Wednesdays. I am fully updated to the latest version- any updates when new levels will come out?
So per that explanation 👆️ @DieOmimi @Snow_Rider there must be plenty of people stuck!
That is so not true, the update only increased the levels on android, I and everyone else that plays on win 10/11 are still stuck at 6420, they are so out of touch, get it together King!!!
this is my current screen, it is at 6421 because I played one level on my phone to see if it would change anything!
I play on my laptop, windows 10, and have plenty of space
I find it hard to believe that I am the only one stuck here. Maybe no one else reported?
Some on my team were having problems, maybe @Boybinary or @istuff
I'm so sorry to hear that you don't have new levels 😔 Would you mind sharing the device and the model you're using? Also, may I know if the version of the device is updated? On top of that, please make sure you have at least 2 GB of free space on your device.

Right now, you're the only one who can't see any more levels after 6420. For everyone else, the new levels can now be seen. I'm sorry you're affected.
Tag mod and cm to see if there is any response from the study.

Hi @Andres-2 I do have the latest version and still - June 6 - have no new levels. Stopped at 6420
I have windows 10 computer, please check in app if it has latest level 6640 and latest version 3.2.2.0 same as android.
@Toosweet @davebarrett please be patient. There are some bugs in the game at the moment and I have reported them. Since it's the weekend and there are no staff in the studio, we have to wait for next week.

Windows 10. I did as you suggested, however my game still will not go beyond 6420
I can confirm the mobile version and the pc version end on the same level , 6440
I like the little change they did , with the super hard level now being early in the stage, 6435 , instead of the last level of the stage.
How strange if I received the levels yesterday, now every Thursday the new levels come out and not on Wednesdays for all platforms I think.
@MollyS did you do the update yesterday or today?
Hang in there just keep playing 6420 every little bit helps, I spent the entire dachs prior to this one on that one level and was able to contribute quite well, obviously a few of us are able to kill it!! just wait until thsy figure their programming out! It is good to see your dachs is still working as several of our accounts have been locked out.
I also have the stop sign still at 6420 @Boybinary 😖

Hi @Jody_Cheng_ I've reported it and I'm waiting for a solution. Unfortunately, you're not the only player to whom this has happened. Please be patient.
I have done all of that several times, I even reinstalled the game, still doesn't work.
@davebarrett that depends on which platform you're playing on. I'm playing on Windows 11 and I downloaded my app from the Microsoft Store. If I want to check if there are any updates, I go to my Microsoft Store and check the library. There it shows me which apps need an update.
What platform are you playing on?
How do I check my store to do the update?

I have the same question. I also have been waiting for 4 weeks for new levels. A search says there are over 10400 levels to this game. Do we need a software update?

@Boybinary that no Dachs is available unfortunately happened to me too (here) It is currently being investigated, I have reported my ID and @Kiki_g's too. I'll add your ID in the message (your ID 4156735943 right?).
The roadblock thing is very strange, you're the only one to whom this happens. Can you please carry out the standard measures first:
- log out of the game
- Turn off your internet connection (go offline)
- Switch off the device completely and wait about a minute
- Turn on the device, connect to the Internet and wait another minute (maybe play another game and see if the other game detects the Internet connection).
- Go to the CCFS app, log in and check if everything is okay (I hope so).
Please contact me again so that I have to expand the report to the studio if necessary.

Yes I have done all of that several times, I have a second account that is in the same team and dachs is working just fine(got tired of waiting for new content so started from beginning in 2nd account), I played a level on my phone and in my pc it moved the EOC up 1 level but no more levels after that? Also no dachs for my BB account on phone or pc? What were they doing for 6 weeks?
@Boybinary the studio has done various tests. What exactly, I don't know. What I know is that all platforms will have the same number of levels - so there will be no difference between mobile platforms and Windows 10/11.
I will report that you don't have a badger on your BB account if you agree and your ID is 4156735943 correct on the BB account.

Yes that is my account info, I figured they were trying to consolidate all releases but I think they opened a can of worms and found why there were different release dates in the first place.
They must be testing everyone at the EOC several people on my team are affected by this.
@Boybinary, I'm really sorry. I'm passing on your ID and the problem and I'll have to wait. Just like I'm waiting for a response as far as my own account is concerned (and Kiki_g). When Dachs didn't show up last Friday, I made my first report. Unfortunately, I don't have a solution yet. I really thought it was solved with today's update. Unfortunately not. 😯😥🤷♀️
Thanks for your help, they can make it up to us by giving us Dachs badges for up to 50 Deliveries because we are still crushing it!!!
