I’m still not receiving any of my rewards. But if I purchase I get those. I don’t understand why I’m not receiving my earned rewards?I didn’t receive any of these. I have multiple rewards I haven’t received. Only receive purchases? What’s going on?
Well, I don't think you play this game Candy Crush Friends often. Rather, you don't play it at all. I think you don't know what you're talking about and that's why you're just spamming to get points. Your comment, that I am the executor, is also not correct. I am co-responsible for this forum and do it voluntarily. Just like my colleague @MountainMom, we make sure that our players feel comfortable.
I'm sorry I play the game alot! I'm unsure how I'm spamming in this group I am answering questions. I don't think it's respectful to call someone out like that, especially when you don't know what your talking about. Of course darling I read the House Rules. Just didn't know you were the enforcer!

How did you determine that your rewards weren't being credited? On your screenshot I see that you have received time boosters. You need to see these when you start a new level. The lollipops (1 regular lollipop, 1 striped lollipop, and 2 wrapped lollipops) should be credited to your inventory.
Do you have a screenshot of your inventory before and after you receive the rewards. What does it look like when you re-enter a level to play it? Do you see the time boosters there?

This level doesn't spawn green candies, yet Rachel is in the list. This is not the dead Chinese version where a character can adapt to a different color.
