This is very strange. It has never happened to me that I lose all my supplies when I log out of the game. The only thing I'm losing is my winning streak. Sweet Streak is no longer there after signing up and I have to rebuild the winning streak. But all the other supplies of lollipops are still there.
Please make sure that you always have the latest version of the game and that your internet connection is strong enough.
Log out of your account via the Settings menu. If I do that, I'll lose all my candies 🍬 or lollipop mallets and boosters.
@shahshayan if events have disappeared due to time manipulation, they don't come back and we in the community can't help either.
It is best to set your device to automatic time recognition and do not change this setting anymore. We can only hope that you will receive future events.

Hi @shahshayan I just replied to you in another thread. Your events may disappear if you manipulate the time and change the date/time. Even if you get new lives faster as a result, all other, time-bound events will get mixed up. As a result, your events will disappear prematurely or you will not receive any new events.
