If you do have a King account, you can log into your game using your email address and your password until this problem is fixed.

Since this problem I still can't connect on my desktop to my facebook account. I uninstalled the game and now I cannot reinstall it as it freezes at 10% when I try to download it. This is the only candy crush game that always has these problems. I've reached out to support. Any further suggestions here on the freezing problem?π₯

But it's another unfortunately for me as I still don't have Holiday Calendar preview event on this game right now.
But you still don't worry about me as I did won received these 4 Christmas costumes of characters are Odus Christmas, Rachel the Blueberry Elf, Nutcracker Christmas and Red Rabbit Christmas on last year already. It's still alright and fine for me right now. π
