I don’t mind watching a SHORT ad in order to move forward and gets a booster but some ads are ridiculously long and repetitive. Some trap you with a blank screen and the only way out is to close the game and restart it. On some ads if you accidentally touch the screen, you get the white screen and there is no way to get back to the game and you have to close out. So frustrating.

@MountainMom Thanks for the information! I just lost my Video Ads feature last week during our Dachs Delivery Service session, and I was hoping to get it back before the next one. But you lost your Video Ads offers for months, and so did @Diamond_Lim , so I will just have to wait patiently (not one of my strengths!).

I am so happy that the Uncle Bob team achieved 25 DDS deliveries during the last two DDS sessions, and very, very proud of the team members who have already passed the 7000-level mark! What a great achievement!

Just for your information, if they ever offer the "25 DDS Deliveries" badge again, I have screen shots for team Uncle Bob that list all the tram members at the exact time we got the 25th delivery, so if any of the team members want that badge, I could submit those screen shots to help them get that badge.

@UncleBob2, I only received ads back in my game yesterday, after several months without them in any of my King games. Before they disappeared, I noticed that the ads at the end of a level might be limited within a given day -- I never bothered to count them.

In CCFS, I typically will get to watch one ad before I begin a level to get a booster added to my opening board. If I don't win a level, I may get to watch 2 or 3 ads. Most ads offer 1-2 extra moves or a color bomb booster to help win a level. I have never spent gold bars to get extra moves -- too costly!

Hello @Imra414125 and Welcome to our Friendtastic community. The ads occasionally are removed from games for some players on some devices -- these are "tests" being run by the technical team. Players do not know when and if they are in a test group. Recently, all ads were removed from my game -- for weeks so far. So, be thankful when you get ads, regardless of how long they run. Also, if you get a blank screen, I have found my browser "back" button will return me to the game -- no need to close and restart.

In my experience when I don't pass a level, I usually get several opportunities to watch 3 ads -- two for 2 extra moves and a third for a color bomb. After that I usually get several opportunities to watch 2 ads -- one for 2 extra moves and a second one for a color bomb. Then the ads may disappear and I have to wait until the next day for this sequence to reappear. I have not noticed a correlation with the end of the map.

@MountainMom I found that there seemed to be a maximum number of ads available for a day, which seemed to be 5 or 6, and when I had viewed all of them no more would be offered for another day or two. Does that happen to you and other folks? One other extremely odd thing was that the ads for additional moves or a color bomb at the very end of a game, are sometimes, but not always, offered. Sometimes the offer will be extra moves for gold bars but not for watching ads! Are other CCFS Players also experiencing this unpredictability of the ads?

@etcarr, unfortunately not all players have the option of watching ads in their games. This may be temporary, and you will eventually get the option to watch ads to earn boosters. In my game, I can usually watch one ad before I start a level, and I can watch one, two, or three ads if I don't win the level. The latter ads usually earn extra moves and/or boosters, but they do not appear after every level. I think they reset after a day or so.

Hello @wenmagne. I understand your frustration with ads. When I accidentally get locked in an ad screen, I have discovered that I can use my browser "back" button to escape and return to my game. Then I can close my browser to exit the ad. If that doesn't work, then I will restart my game.

I also agree with you -- I do not like to watch ads that are too long, and I don't like the same ads appearing too often.
