Have a look at these troubleshooting steps, that usually help solve that kind of issue. If you still get a grey screen after following the steps, please give us more details, such as what device are you playing from. A screenshot would also be helpful but I'm confident the troubleshooting will fix it

After I sent a life to a friend my screen went grey... I cant do anything...

Have you followed the troubleshooting steps, like clear cache and cookies and make sure the App is up to date? If so, what device are you playing on? Would you be able to add a screenshot please?
