Why do you keep on running out of levels?

I purchased the 13.99 pack of gold bars plus extras also was granted a bonus and low and behold there were no more levels left to play plus I was still stuck with all my bonuses that just go to waste.....since this is “YOU” issue don’t you think the bonuses should be carried over?

Was it Candy Crush Friends Saga you were playing or a different game? I think you should be able to follow the process in this FAQ under the section Did you receive the purchase but you couldn’t use it?
