Woohoo! That's great news as finally the characters is now working for us together in Candy Crush Friends Saga after we update the latest version of this game : 5.3.1.0! 👍🙌😄
I just found the fix in the Google Play Store; I installed it, and everything seems to be back to normal. I haven't had a chance to play much yet, but Olivia, Rachel, and Red Rabbit are working again (in all costumes and in their base versions).

No resolution..still shows downloading characters

Hi @Dee291 the update was announced in the community. I haven't seen it in my store yet either, despite checking every hour. I hope it will be available in a few hours. Please have a little more patience.
