After we pointed out your error, you changed the first post on the first page of this topic. But there is still not a single word in this post about OUR SPECIFIC PROBLEM.
What you wrote in that first post of yours on the first page tells me that any problems with DDS should be reported to this thread. Why are you all lumping everything together?
If you want to act logically and consistently, then you should add to this thread all the threads with problems in DDS, not only from the "Discussion" section, but also from the "Support" section.

@ElenaVorona, I assure you that we do not block comments, although they can be flagged if they violate the House Rules. Sometimes,replies get held up by the Spam filter -- it activates when someone posts several comments too quickly. But, it usually specifies how much time a person must wait before posting again. In other cases, a comment could be saved in your "drafts" instead of being posted. I frequently check my "Drafts" to make sure I don't have messages there. You can tap on a draft in your list to edit and/or send it. Or, you tap on the "×" to delete an unwanted draft. I apologize if you are already aware of this.
Sometimes we ask to have similar topics merged together when the content is the same. It is helpful to be able to find related issues in one thread.
I hope you can find joy in playing our games.

Hi @_Elsa_. You aren't the only one without DDS, as @Werner_Cichy doesn't have it either.. When he does get it (not every time it appears), it's usually around the same time that I do.

I am not having any luck today. Not only did I not get it back but my Internet went out so I just got that back now and I am now able to write in the community again. I am reopening my game now to see if maybe now that I got the Internet back that I might have it. brb..........
This is really sad! I was playing the game on my phone as an offline game. I cleared some levels but now when I just opened the game on my desktop the levels are behind my phone. Can anything else go wrong today? You can see that I still don't have it (see print screen).
