Very true. I have never had a problem with this, only understanding all the numerous fractions, my brain is old. I am a person that likes to understand and am open.

My BBT levels.have disappeared. I've reached out to help desk and they just said it's a log in problem. It's not I've been continuously playing and they still are not appearing. I'm part of a team and I still see that but my levels are not anywhere on the map. Please help this is my favorite event!

Hello @rodeoblondy82 and Welcome to our Friendtastic community! Even though you do not see the icon indicating where a Bubblegum level is on your map, those levels will appear as you continue to play new levels. It is only the icon on the map that is missing. We are aware of this graphics issue, and the team is working to resolve it. Try playing some new levels and see if a Bubblegum level is launched.

At first it did and they would just pop up but now it hasn't. I have gone through over 10 levels without a BBT level popping up.

🤔 Hmm, @rodeoblondy82. I would have expected a Bubblegum level to launch within 10 levels. While we wait for a fix for this event, have you tried our standard troubleshooting tips? Sometimes, issues might be resolved as follows:
- Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.
- Check if there are updates to your CCFS app. If so, then run them. I have my games set to automatically update and am currently running version 3.11.2. [Edit: version 3.11.3 was just released -- maybe the Bubblegum Troll event is fixed]
- Clear the cache (don't clear data!) On your device. We warn against clearing your data because that is where your boosters are stored.
- Force close all apps and then turn off your device. Keep it off for at least 10 seconds (some recommend a full minute) before restarting your device and launching your game.
- If these steps don't solve the problem, do you have the option to login on a different device to see if you have the same problem?
We don't recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game because your boosters are stored on your device and will be lost if you delete the game. In contrast, your gold bars and progress are stored at King, so it is important to save your progress there.

With the bug that appeared, with the 2 events, there are no more chewing gum levels, there was my advance of the event.

The bubblegum level might pop up after you finish the last level of the map and transport to the next map. This happened to me even though I can't see the bubblegum levels in the map.
