Santa Yeti Stars Star Chaser resetting?

Is anyone else having issues with the Santa Yeti Star Chaser stars resetting periodically? I had six. Then zero. Then three. Then zero. Then 29! And it's back to zero today.

I have the exact same problem (and I had this happen to me at the turkey costume event and at the Misty unlock event).

I am on iOS, any ideas about what is happening?

Same here. I was up to 24 stars today. They just disappeared. They disappear every day.

The first time, i had 25 stars but i didnt have chance to capture it.

Yes. I am having the same issue. Lost my stars twice now. In total I was probably close to 35.

First of all, I didnt get the Yeti's Star Chaser which I'm also confused. Second, I still didnt get answer from King regarding my Yeti's Santa disappearance.

Yeah the Santa Yeti disappeared here too (both the quest after it reset and the 300 sticker counter). Same thing happened during the 3 last special events for me.
