My counter keeps resetting. Everytime i close the app. How can i get the santa if its not saving0

@montia2004 what is the device you are using and are you logging in with a King or Facebook account? The progress for star chasing is stored locally on the device so need to look at why it would not be saving.

The same thing has been happening to me. I’m using an iPad with Facebook. I know I have collected 35 stars at this point and it still says zero.0

@JustPlaying I only use my facebook account. And I only play on my phone. No other device.0

It says I will save my progress even if I log out of Facebook. But it always brings me back to level 10

@Swayze When you are logged in with a facebook or king account it should sync with the servers and save your progress when connect to the internet. When you log out of facebook it will tell you its saving your progress at log out but while you are logged out and playing it will not save that progress to the servers but will save it locally to the device which is not backed up and could be lost. .0
