Stop ignoring the problem, the players, and me personally. Do you have a conscience? If so, be human. Explain to us what's going on.
Just don't tell me that the problem is being solved. The problem isn't being solved! Everyone knows that.
I'm waiting for a response from the Studio or the Community Manager. I'm waiting for a specific response about the time frame for solving the problem or that the Studio won't fix this problem.

I really appreciate your patience and persistence with this issue. I’m disappointed too that the problem with teams has been unresolved for so long 😥
Right now, it’s still in the Studio’s backlog, and unfortunately, we don’t have a clear timeline for when it’ll be fixed. But we did bring it up again today, and we’re hopeful it’ll help push things forward.
I’ll keep you updated if there are any new developments from the team. Thanks again for your continued support and for being so involved in helping us improve the game 🙏.
