My team is not showing up on my screen and I was almost at my first reward
Hello everyone, please check your store for an update. On mobile, it's available (for me) and it's brought back events (Yeti Eucalyptus Event and Sweat Streak). You may have to start the app several times because it is not visible the first time. The update is not yet available for Windows users, but is expected soon. Please check your Microsoft Store daily.
@jen197979, we share your frustration! We have learned that this was a consequence of the most recent update to Candy Crush Friends Saga. I have my games automatically updated, so I lost all special events. Bummer!
This is getting ridiculous! The same exact thing happened last summer.
Hi @joepilk1234 our community manager told me there are no complaints from support. I have therefore filed a complaint with support from within my game. Can you please do that too? Go to Settings (gear), then the question mark, then select "Events" and scroll down to the "Contact" button. A new window will then open, which is already filled in with your data. Please enter in the comment box that you had a faulty update and therefore all events have disappeared. You will first receive an automatic email with a ticket number. Please let us know this ticket number. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

I'm sorry that this happened to you. We had an update of the game yesterday. This update removed all events and new events are not visible. It is possible that the update was faulty. I'm trying to figure it out right now and what the solution is.

Hi, in my opinion there is a problem with bubblegum troll level 6 (new edition). If you look in the situation on picture before.png, and move the "bubble gum bubble" in the right upper corner to destroy the "bubble gum cell", because the lower cells are still not free it results in the situation on the picture after.png…
