This has still not been resolved how patient do you want us to be. It’s frustraiting to be able to send but not receive. I bet those we send lives too don’t get them either !!!!!3

I'm finally able to send lives in the new Candy crush but I keep asking for lives back because I send them to my friends and nothing... any ideas what is going on?? ? Doesn't anyone want to help? LoL

Hi @Ashlee143 welcome to our candylicious community, there few ways you can earn lives without buying on CCF, whenever you are finishing your daily quests some of the gifts box has free live on it, you can asking all your friends on your game for your lives too, and you can also earn some lives on this community by entering some of our contests 😉.1

My issue has actually gotten worse! I was at least getting 1 or 2 a week, now nothing.2

It’s interesting that the post by queenmia (community manager) has disappeared. King.com start fixing or reviews will start to appear on Twitter, Instagram, FB, snap chat etc... insightful yes, there appears to be no action being taken. As a gesture of good will, all players should be awarded 2 hours unlimited lives, 4 of each special sweet. I require a response from a program manager within 24 hours!2

Were you able to provide the details that QueenMia was asking for? Each and every detail we give helps the King Team to find out the root cause of the issue and remove it. So, the details needed are --
(1) Are you playing through Kingdom or Facebook
(2) Are you able to Send but not receive lives;
(3) Are you not able to either send or receive lives;
