I thought it was just me. Oh thank goodness. I am NOT alone. .I also lost my game levels and the Dachs Key was showing up, but without the delivery.

I wanted to let you know that the bug has been reported and we are waiting for a fix from the studio.

I also lost everything on my computer Windows 11. Yesterday I had the cookie challenge and I just needed one more to complete the 4 but it’s not in my game now. Neither is Dachs.

@_Elsa_ , this problem may be limited to PCs. It did not affect my games on Android tablets. I hope that you and other PC players get a quick resolution to the issue.

Hi @MountainMom, the sad thing is that I lost Dachs for 2 years. I was totally surprised when it suddenly appeared in my game a couple of weeks ago. The weird thing is that I have an iPhone and 2 iPads and I got it back on my phone and one iPad and then lost everything on my PC. At least I finally have it back in my game on my phone and was fortunate to get into an active team. Hopefully the studio can find a fix soon. Thanks for replying!

You know as well as I that whenever they try to release all platforms on the same date they have nothing but conflicts and issues that is why they have always updated 2 weeks apart, whenever a new company buys them they think they can fix it but like every company that has owned King they have failed and we all suffer until they refer back to the old updating sequence.

I've started playing another game because it isn't very rewarding with all the events gone, and no Sweet Streak which can often be what gets me through a level. There's no incentive (for me) to play on. And yes, I know SS is time-limited, but I have rarely been without it, maybe a day or 2 at most. The loss in revenue will ensure this is fixed soon.

@DieOmimi can you please share with me the day of the week when Dachs starts and how many days it has because it's not showing on any of my mobile devices so I hope it just ended and not that I am in another test.
