    Hi @istuff the studio is working on a fix and I will let you know when there is any news. I haven't noticed any changes yet, all events including the sweet streak have disappeared since the update.

    Playing new levels, old levels, logging in and out….. none of this works. They just need to correct what they broke with the update 🙄

    I did all of that and gave support feedback because Sweet Streak doesn't work either. I'm still waiting for a response from a CM or support employee.

    If I hear anything, I'll let you know immediately.
    Do you remember the buggy update last year when all platforms were affected? It was on October 15th and the fix came on October 24th. I suspect it will take longer this time too. 😣

    Hi @_Elisabeth_ I feel the same way. That's why I don't do updates automatically (except for Windows, where I can't unsubscribe). Then I do the update on my oldest device and check whether everything is OK. Only then do I do the update on my current phone.

    However, everything is fine on mobile devices, even though it is the same version. Only Windows users are affected.

    Hi, DieOmimi Yes, it's fine on mobile devices, I made a mistake when I clicked update and install on windows. But on that previous update, as you mentioned, windows were affected first, and then mobile phones.

    I don't know if you remember about a year or two ago, I don't remember exactly, there was a problem when I logged out of the game, I couldn't log in or learn in the game anymore, and that was the problem, they didn't take me seriously until others started contacting me, and that was a problem that lasted for a very long time.

    Hi @_Elisabeth_ yes, I remember that. You couldn't log in on any device and could only play on an old device where you weren't logged out.

    It took quite a while back then to find the bug.

    I really hope it doesn't take as long this time. 🤞

    Hi @MollyS do you only have a windows device? I also have a phone where I can play games. On mobile devices the error does not occur and I can watch ads for additional moves.
    I really don't know how long the fix will take.

    I only play on PC, windows. If I try on a different device, it doesn't sync right… anyway they should fix the issue! Don't try to cheat the players

    This issue in Friends, no new levels for 3 weeks in CCS, the chat taken away in Soda… are they trying to chase players away!?! Terrible despicable horrible
