Hi @nekocat that reward is impossible belong to the cookie challenge as you can see I'm not yet finish that challenge at that time.
In the description of the screenshot above, it said that complete 4 levels to get reward. How possible is that I can get the reward if I'm not yet finish the 4 levels?

I only have the Olivia sheriff costume which was I received right after I completed the nutcracker's star chaser quest.
I'm don't know why it's from cookie challenge. But, I received it right after I click ok from the star chaser quest.
@teeweiping, does your scrapbook show the 2 costumes (Nutcracker the Leprechaun and Olivia the Sheriff) as in-progress?

I'm also don't get the costume after completed the event. It just give me the Olivia's costume. And when I completed the Olivia event, I only got boosters.

"The Bubblegum level does not appear" is a problem a few days ago.
I have tried using the portal to play old levels several times, and also passed 15 new levels because of the "Star Chaser Mission", but it still does not appear.
But it doesn't matter, I've got all the troll costumes.

Hi friends! Sometimes just playing old levels helps reactivate those disappearing events. Also King normal trouble shooting process.
@steventseng has the troll event appeared but not the levels themselves alonside the map levels? My troll event operated very well till mid morning today. Suddenly, whilst the event is still on the map, the troll levels did not show any more. But as I continued moving on, they popped up out of the blue; I guess where they should have been "normally"... 🤷♀️ Maybe you can test that in your game too.
I will go back the map portal to let it loading and then see if it works. I
I'm currently experiencing "troll quests" disappearing. This week, the "troll level" did not appear.
So when I didn’t get a new costume, I immediately sent a message asking for help, hahahaha!
Fortunately, after a while, it appeared.
I'm don't have this costume yet. But, I do have this event it just comes out now. However, I still waiting the team event on this Friday: Dachs Delivery Service. I hope it won't disappear later on.
