Lost my Boosters

Hey there, @DieOmimi … I'm not sure if I should be troubling you with this small problem. I had to Re-Set my game in the Advanced Settings to (once again) retrieve Daks Delivery which worked perfectly, my progress was retained, except I lost my boosters. I didn't have very many but for me every little one counts.LOL Below you'll see a screen shot of CCFriends BEFORE I re-set today 2025 06 21 Thanks for any advice, Snaggs!

The blurry booster numbers read : 9 - 6 - 8. ❤️

Hello @DieOmimi … I always play on a Windows 10 Desktop - and all my King games are signed up via a King e-mail account & password. My User ID : 897 962 3351 as shown below. 💜

@Snagglepuss, boosters are stored locally on your device; whereas, your progress and gold bars are stored on King servers. Consequently, your boosters are lost whenever you "reset" or re-install the game on your device. This is unfortunate, but boosters can only be restored by a member of the King staff. In the future if you have a King account, try to tap on “Retrieve My Progress/Save My Progress” and then log in with your email address and password, which might enable you to get your boosters back.

When I was missing some special events (such as Dachs Delivery Service), @DieOmimi suggested that I first try re-playing some old levels to see if the special events will return. This tip recently working for me in a different King game. I also found that it is best to close my game whenever I am not playing so it is not impacted by interruptions in my Internet or low battery life or low memory on my device.

I assume you are also familiar with our standard troubleshooting steps:

Ensure you have a stable Internet connection.
Ensure you have the latest update for your CCFS game app. I am currently running version 4.13.1.0
Clear your game cache (do NOT clear your data -- that is where your boosters are stored).
Ensure you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2Gb free. If you have less than 2Gb, free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Log out of the game (please only do this if you remember your login credentials)
Turn off your device for at least 1 minute and then turn it back on.
After restarting your device, consider switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data if you're playing on a mobile device.
Log in to the game.
