Does anyone have an issue with the State Farm ad not letting you close out of it? I watch an ad to get a boost, but I can never close out of the State Farm ad and I lose a life and don’t get a boost.

I’m having the same issues with the State Farm ad. I have tried reporting it and still the problem remains. Frustrating!

Having the same issue tonight in my game on my phone. The ad needs to be removed!!
@Cutieonduetee, I have noticed that there is no "back" button on my phone. I am sorry that I have not found a solution to bad ads on that device. I prefer to play on my tablet, so I hope you have an alternative device.
Hey! I don’t have a back button option on my phone unfortunately. It’s frustrating as I’ve tried everything. I just hope they remove the ad all together.
My game is up to date and I have plenty of memory left on my phone. I have reported the issue and received the response back saying what steps to take if the issue persists. I replied to that email but nothing has been done about the ad. There is no way to exit out of it to collect the reward and play on. You can only close the game, which doesn’t help. You have to start the level over next time you open the game and there is no guarantee that the same issue won’t happen again. Makes it difficult to pass levels or quests when you need a bit of extra help.
Yes, having the same issue for several days now. Makes it hard to complete any levels or missions when you need a booster. I have reported it and escalated it, but all have gone unnoticed.

I have some ads that do not close when they end. Sometimes I can tap the "back" button on my device and it will return me to the game. I have not seen the State Farm ad, but I use this technique on Mountain Dew ads and it works.

If you look in the situation on picture before.png, and move the "bubble gum bubble" in the right upper corner to destroy the "bubble gum cell", because the lower cells are still not free it results in the situation on the picture after.png…
