I'd like to report a serious technical error. In my game, the "Valentine's Day Nutcracker" event was initially displayed as having 13 days and 16 hours remaining, and the Bubblegum Troll" event was scheduled to begin today. However, upon logging in today, both events inexplicably disappeared completely. I have screenshots proving the remaining event time and the event announcements. This is clearly a system glitch, preventing me from participating and obtaining the characters. I really love this game and have invested a lot of time and effort in acquiring these special characters. Since this loss is caused by a system error, I request that the Valentine's Day Nutcracker and Bubblegum Troll characters be reissued, or that character shards/packs of equivalent value be provided as compensation. Attached are screenshots as evidence. Please verify and fix my game progress as soon as possible.
