Hi @BattleAxeGenX! I'm very sorry to hear this 😔😔 I can absolutely understand how disappointing it feels when events disappear, particularly when you’ve been with the game for such a long time.
We did see a significant decrease in reports after releasing the latest update, so it’s concerning that it’s still happening on your side.
If nothing has improved so far, I’d kindly ask you to try one more steps that possibly solve the problem:
Then try reinstalling the game. Just note that uninstalling removes boosters, but with your screenshot we can send them back to you 👍

Update to my previous post/experience.
I am now updated to version 5.1.0 and lost both Dachs DeliDelivery on Friday and the Daily Spring Challenge that miraculously appeared today.
ththis latest update has now taken my daily challenges and told me I’ve completed them when I’ve opened the game for the gagame for the first time that day to play my daily challenges…..twtwo or three times since the latest 5.1.0 version has I can’t even play daily .
MMy experience with the daily spring challenge had nothing to do with logging in an outer, leaving the game or engaging with the event and going on to play daily challenges or other levels.
As soon as the spring event popped up on my gagame. I immediately engaged with that and played one of my three chances on today’s game..
I lost my first of three chances on today’s spring challenge, and it did not bring me back It immediately bumped me out to the map, and the icon for the challenge was no longer on my map screen..
TThe event while using it. These technical issues are not just frustrating. I’ve been a player since the beginning unfortunately, I am not kept the same username I do not play any other developers as I have not found anything that compares to the Candy Crush I have been patiently waiting for almost 2 years for these issues to be fixed, but unfortunately, they have become progressively worse.
It’s not like it’s throwing me into some big depression. I can find other distractions in my aloud downtime zone out time, but I really enjoyed the games from King developers I don’t anymore. I don’t find myself looking forward to opening the game anymore..

D F you lose a key developer? I haven’t looked at your company structure but have you lost control of the direction of the games/vision and maybe have the profit hounds breathing down your neck about implementing efficiencies that ultimately turn into deficiencies?
If so, I’m sorry so many good things are just consumed and spit in this world where write offs/capitol losses are just one way to mitigate expenses.

No it hasn’t worked. And the last fix didn’t work either. The only way I was able to get the events back last time, was to uninstall, reinstall the app. And each time I would lose all of my candy buffs, the three candy buff options for each stage. Lost all each time. Even though I am logged in via fb . I’m on a new iPad. Up to date. I’ve updated to newest app version, &. The announced version last night, disappeared as soon as the timer ran out for its start
I don't know whether it has been corrected because it keeps giving wrong events that don't have Spring Jelly Queen.

5.1.0.0 and Dachs still hasn’t returned ☹️
Had Dach's. Played two levels. Logged out of game. Came back. Dach's gone and hasn't returned. I am going to take every chance I can to reply to other comments and start new ones that encourage all players to stop making purchases. Maybe a loss in revenue will encourage them to actually fix this.
I received Dachs Delivery Service at about 7pm today. I had Dachs for about 10 minutes and then it disappeared 👻
Also the game is taking so long to load since the latest update

Same here, I logged in today to see if the game finally works - i do not play if i don't have events - but my game auto updated to the latest version and all that did is that my sweet streak also disappeared. I had Dachs for one level, then it was gone. My game has been broken since January. Many of the players from my team have left. It boggles my mind how such an old game with established events and patterns can be broken for months, with each "fix" breaking something else. Did AI take over coding?
Hi @BQN537 @BattleAxeGenX When did you play the event? The event wasn't running from March 24 to March 26, but it’s now live again. Starting from today, you should be able to play it until April 6.

Dax Delivery disappeared again this Friday. I havethe new version uploaded.
I engaged with the event ( chose challenge) then went on to play daily challenges on lower levels as usual. Completed all 3 daily chalkenges when i wen to play new level ( 9304 ) the event was gone.
I make purchases regularly but have stopped since the events are disappearing….which is becoming increasingly more common.
I believe you're on the wrong platform. You want candy crush saga not candy crush friends saga.
my game still isn’t working. I have an iPhone. Updated game to current and phone is updated. Cleared data, restarted, all of the things. I made another ticket and got back the form email of oh well we’re working on it and feel free to play other games..
super frustrating. The only thing I can think of is completely uninstalling the game but the last time I did that I lost all my boosters and bars. I noticed that since the last update that the game is super laggy. Anyone else still having issues?
Bom dia ,estou no nível 19996 e não consigo passar de nível ,nem tenho barras de ouro para comprar jogadas.Abriu uma nova de chocolate faxinha consegui tudo caixa seguinte fácil TB de conseguir cumprir as tarefas mesmo sem passar de nível, aí na 3ª caixa eu cheia de esperança que vou conseguir cumprir as tarefas e ganhar as 8 barras de ouro e poder passar de nível, aí a tarefa é conseguir determinadas cores ao terminar de nível!!!! Não custava muito serem tarefa mais fáceis para esse tipo de caixa de chocolates, que possibilitaram ganhar essas barras e poder passar de nível guardar as tarefas mais desafiadoras para caixas que são prêmios melhores

This update worked fine for me but it killed bubblegum level pop-up. If I hit back or come out of app before starting bubble-gum level, then there is no pink level pop-up to click and continue. That level is gone and I need to complete several usual levels before triggering another bubble gum level.

It didn't. At all.
Please pass this on to the game team as I am encouraging everyone to do the same.
I am stopping all play and purchases until I hear that it is "fixed". When it is "fixed" I will resume play too see if truly is taken care of, but even then it will be a very long time before I do any kind of purchase. Why should we spend our time and money on something that cannot deliver on its claims?

I have the latest version, just entered Hazelnut event, then exited and now disappeared.
It's been months this bug happens, disappointing.
Can we once again expect to wait at least a month to be told "it's fixed" just for it to break again after 1 week?
