Lost game progress.. can my levels be restored?

I’m guessing my game can’t be restored back to level 222.. I have not heard anything

Your game is not synced with the Kingdom. So you did not get back to your level. I request you to sync the game with your Facebook. Then contact King care .
Of course, please mention your game id. See here how to find your Game id .
Regularly check your mail inbox. when king care replied about your question, please do reply.

@DawnB the reason why your game isn’t syncing is because you are trying to connect it with two different accounts. If your progress was saved in the kingdom with your yahoo email you need to log into that account every time you post on a new device, then all progress will appear. Once the data is synced it cannot be undone, so the only way you would lose any levels is if you play while not logged in. You don’t have to sync with Facebook if you don’t want to but if you haven’t been logged into your kingdom account then you would need to contact the link given selecting game didn’t save
