Olivia's Quest Disappeared

So the Event never showed back up for me again. However, since it 1st started I have completed 18 levels for a total of 53 stars, so if I needed to complete a Star Chaser of 45 stars I would have accomplished that. Additionally, for the brief time I did have access to the Enclave I made it to Level 8, no doubt I would have completed it if given the opportunity. I have to say the game has become slightly less fun the past couple of weeks. Knowing there are achievements & other activities to unlock keeps me going & something to look forward to & play for. Even though I had new characters/costumes to go after I still had new levels & enjoyed the game. Finding out that there are or may be other events happening that I don't have access to is a bit disappointing as I feel like I am missing out. Having missed out on a few costumes in the past for various reasons is 1 thing that I can deal with, & at least I have a full compliment of Characters, however, not having access to Olivia would be completely different as this is a new ability & help for the game that I would not be able to take advantage of. Having just past level 1200, every little bit helps. Hopefully, this means something, as I currently play a lot & would enjoy continuing to do so, but if I end up missing out on other ongoing events or costumes/characters, I may decide it's not worth my time any longer & just move on. Hopefully this is resolved in the future. In case it helps & is needed, once again my User ID is 3103166343. Thanks.

I finished level 1-6, and then my progress got lost. I wished I had known sooner that these events are stored on the device, because I had to change passwords on Facebook a.o. so I lost the connection.
I'm using a Pocophone F1 and my user ID is 6002237682.

Well I've made it to level 6- doesn't look like I'm getting any farther-I can't seem to complete this level. 2 day and some hours just isn't enough time for someone like me who isn't that fast at the game. I still don't know how to find my game ID? Can someone please tell me how?

@QueenMia Yep. I still have not gotten v. 1.13. I went into the app store and checked for updates when I first turned on my computer and nothing. Am I to assume that they only released this latest version to a select few and not everyone who lost the event in the first place?? User ID 6770751579.

So the 1.13 version will only be released everywhere after the event is over? Then there is really no chance anymore to get Olivia.

Mine is back- came back last night -right where I was on level 2. I only have 2 days and some hours left so I will see what I can do. I'm one level 5-lol. How do I find my game ID?

@QueenMia Hi there again. Just an FYI - I have checked for the new version (1.13) in my app store approximately ten times today, even both rebooting(shutting down completely) and simply restarting, but still no new version. I wish this had worked out differently, but one day will not be enough to get through the ten levels and get all of the stars, even if does magically show up tomorrow. Thanks for all of your help. Can't deny, I'm sort of bummed by all of this.

@QueenMia Hi. I just went into my app store and checked for updates. There wasn't one for CCFS. I still only have version 1.12.5.0. Don't know what else I can do if the update isn't available to me. Once again, my user ID is 6770751579. Thanks for all of your help. Hopefully we'll be able to get this resolved before the event actually ends (which is today - I think). Would've been nice to have an actual chance to play it.

Can it be that the update isn't available everywhere yet? It still says in the Microsoft Store version 1.12.5.0. I clicked on the searching for updates button, but it says then that everything has the newest updates.

We have released a fix with v. 1.13 that should bring Olivia back to your game. Please make sure you install the latest version again.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add some extra time for you to unlock Olivia, so if you haven't had time to unlock her before the event ends, please post your game ID here and we'll see what we can do!

I just kept playing the game at the end of the days Olivia was won I got him anyway at the end of the days. The stars keep adding up.

Olivia gone & I just won her Wednesday.Cleated cache, uninstalled & reinstalled several times. Lost boosters.Olivia shows up in my collection yet I have to start from scratch. With4 days left,almost impossible.

@Kajai If you go into your app store and click on the ellipse (the three little dots) in the upper right corner, you'll see "updates and downloads" - click that and then when that page loads you'll see a button that says "get updates." Click that and if there are any updates for any of your apps they will start. Hope that helps.

Thanks, I found it! Unfortunately it seems I have the same problem as you though. It says in the Microsoft Store where I got the game that I am on version 1.12.5.0 and that the game was changed yesterday. My game must have updated automatically like usual. But Olivia's Enclave has still never appeared again.
