Meet Yeti! He’s
definitely the coolest guy in Candy Town but a little slow to respond
sometimes. Legend has it, it’s because he’s busy eating delicious
chocolate in his home in the Chocolate Mountains. He can’t stop eating it
because they are just so yummy! Ever since Tiffi found him in the
Chocolate Mountains, it’s been really hard trying to get him to stop eating
chocolate. Perhaps you can help him since it
doesn’t look like he’s going to stop eating it.
Do you have any favorite chocolate recipes? If so, please feel free to post them here along with a picture. It can be anything from chocolate candy to a chocolate layer cake. Let your imagination run wild! Three players will be randomly chosen to win gold bars.

UPDATE
What you guys didn't know is that I had a surprise for you all along. Now that the contest is a few days old I will announce it here. Here is a video to show you that as an added surprise, I am creating a Yeti Recipe Book for all participants who post a chocolate recipe here. You can see the beginning of it in this video.

Well, the prize will depend on how well our contest ranks - There will be a
weekly leader board to see which contest is ahead and keep track on the
progression! The Superstars contest with the more participants will award 100
Gold bars! But whatever happens, we are assured that 3 lucky winners from this
contest will receive at least 10 Gold Bars.
In short, the more participants we have in this contest, the more chances we
have to win big! So go call your friends to join in! We have until the 31st of
August to be the biggest Superstar contest and win 100 Gold bars! More info

Hi @Elsa It is time for chocolate indeed! I have simplet yet delicious recipe I enjoy very much. For me it is important to be healthy and without additives. Here is the recipe :
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
- just over 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups loosely packed pitted dates
- 1 cup raw almonds or walnuts
- 1/2 cup raw nuts of choice
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp water
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, optional
- 1/4 cup nut butter of choice (or pb2) OR allergy-friendly alternative
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup or honey OR stevia to taste
- 2 tbsp milk of choice (plus extra if using stevia)

@Elsa they are unbaked. Here are some additional directions :
If you have a small or medium food processor, it may be a good idea to process in two batches so as not to overwork your machine. Using a blender might yield an overly sticky result, so try that at your own risk. Recipe: In a high-quality food processor, combine all but the final three ingredients (but including the chocolate chips, if using) until sticky crumbles form. If it’s still too crumbly to stick together, process longer. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, then transfer the crumbles to the pan and these a second sheet of parchment to press down evenly into the pan. In a small dish, stir together the final three ingredients to make frosting – it will look liquidy at first, but just keep stirring. Spread the frosting over top, then set in the fridge until ready to cut and serve. You can also drizzle melted chocolate on top if desired. I let mine sit in the fridge for a few hours, then I was easily able to slice and place the brownies in a sealed container to bring to a party. Store leftovers unrefrigerated for a few days, or refrigerated a few weeks, or frozen for up to 2 months.

Thanks @Elsa. I'm a bit of a chocoholic and I love chocolate fudge:
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
You can add nuts if desired (pecans or walnuts)- Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan. Set aside.
- Combine sugar, cocoa and milk in a medium saucepan. Stir to blend, then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer. Do not stir again.
- Place candy thermometer in pan and cook until temperature reaches 238 degrees F(114 degrees C). If you are not using a thermometer, then cook until a drop of this mixture in a cup of cold water forms a soft ball. Feel the ball with your fingers to make sure it is the right consistency. It should flatten when pressed between your fingers.
- Remove from heat. Add butter or margarine and vanilla extract. Beat with a wooden spoon until the fudge loses its sheen. Do not under beat.
- Pour into prepared pan and let cool. Cut into about 60 squares.
