Queen jelly event disappeared (FIXED - Jan 10)

Hi everyone,

Great news!

Our Studio has started to release a fix - No need to look for new update. All you need to do is be a little patient and the event will appear eventually. Please note that this might take a few hours. We know this is a bit frustrating but be assured it will be worth the wait!

Good news!

Our amazing Game Studio has found the Queen and she has accepted to come back to the Candy Crush Friends World!
All you need to do to start playing the event is to make sure to update the game to the 1.28.8 version.

Since we had to release a new version, it can take a few minutes so if the Queen does not show back immediately after the update, just play a level or 2 and it will come up eventually.

If the event does not pop up after a day for you, then it means you won't get it this time. We understand that this is not ideal for many of you, but one of the reasons why this happens is that, we’re constantly aiming for the best player experience and sometimes this means that we need to verify what the best option is. In order to do that, we need to check how different groups experience the game. By giving some players a particular event, and others another event, or maybe no event at all, we can compare the data from those different groups and learn how appealing and fun different elements of the game are. This is how we make sure that we only give our players what they really enjoy! But don't get disheartened if you missed some event. Since it's completely random, you will probably get lucky for the next one!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to give you a quick update on the situation with the Jelly Queen event:

As you know, her Majesty the Queen can sometimes be unpredictable. Our Studio is trying to identify why she's ran away from the game and is doing its very best to bring her back.

However, we don't know yet how long it will take and therefore we will have to postpone the event for a bit. This is necessary to make sure that everyone will be able to play the Jelly Queen event.
We're sorry for the inconvenience but rest assured we're doing our best for everyone to be able to enjoy the event as soon as possible!

We'll keep you posted as soon as we have some news from the Queen.

Hi guys just letting you know that I have the opening screen for the queen jelly event but no game. I also cleared my cache and did a force stop too. I didn't find an update.

Still nothing. Did everything everybody suggested. The queen appears in the presentation of the game, but that's it. Never got an invitación or anything of the sort. Patient but frustrated.,😞

I did not get the Queen Jelly contest. It showed it but it disappeared.

I just got her back thank you very much very much and they didn't have to update anything

I don't need to update my game she's not back you guys got to give her back to me I'm not updating anything I don't need to and I don't have a lot of space in my phone so give her back to me

Hello, I made it to Level 5 and my screen is frozen and won't let me move. Although, Iij can tickle ths Jelly Queen and click on boosters etc. but cannot move.

But still i cannot see the Jellyqueen event..
I'm afraid that I won't even get a chance like the Olivia event..

Everytime I log in to my game on friends it says to update. When I click on the update button it takes me to the playstore but it shows no update available. Is anyone else having this issue also?

Just wondering... did you all try to update your game to the 1.28.8 version? If not, please do so as it might help

And if you do not see any available updates in your "App Store" or "Play Store", then this below procedure...
Force close the game App ---> Log out of the game ---> Clear cookies & cache ---> Turn off your device for 5 minutes and restart ---> Connect to internet and log back into the game ---> Now, check if you any updates are available!

To me surprisingly, the Update appeared in the game itself and I followed above steps of "clearing Cache and Restarting the Device".... it worked like a magic and Jelly Queen graced herself in my game!! May be it would work for you too!!

No harm in trying, right? If that also doesn't work, may be then you can think you might not be getting the event now!!

I am so disappointed , yet another quest that will not show up , the Jelly Queen promo showed up for 2 days then she went,I've uninstalled game cleared cache cleared history logged in logged out , lost my boosters when i uninstalled it , every time these events come I miss out , getting really annoyed now I contacted King and they said it just needs updating The game has been updated , all other things that are suggested I've done and still no queen , I missed out on the octopus , the xmas specials , which worked on my phone but not on my desktop, thanksgiving quest and now the jelly queen absolutelyfed up .... Can you just get the game to work for everybody ...
