Can't access store
I have tried every possible tech suggestion to get access to store. Cleared caches, restarted, No luck. Not having the issue in other CC games, just the original.

New event is missing??!
New BUBBLEGUM TROLL event was supposed to come today but is still missing. Pls tell if the event is cancelled due to miss season and a new event will be following or the event will be a little delay.

Why do I need to make purchases twice?
When I want to make a gold bar purchase the first time it always fails. Then when I go through the buying process again I am informed that the first purchase will now be restored and I won't be charged for the second purchase. Why is this and is it really necessary? It's a complete waste of time and incredibly annoying.
