Hi, Thank you for your warm welcome. I use the Candy Crush app on an iPhone. There are no problems to play the game. Only when I hit the ! on top of the page and I try to get my prize via the button 'open', then I get that message that the Bubblegum Troll is causing a problem with my game and I must try again later.
