Bubble gum Troll issue
Hi,
Since a couple of weeks I get this message in Candy Crush (this is an english translation from my dutch message:
'a difficult situation'
The Bubblegum Troll is causing problems with your game. Try again later.
Does anyone know how I can fix this please?

Hello @Bieke56 and welcome to our friendly community! It sounds like a connection problem with the server/internet. What platform - make and model and software version are you using? Can you not play the game at all? Or are only certain functions blocked? The more information you provide the better I or someone else will be able to assist you.

Thank you for your warm welcome.
I use the Candy Crush app on an iPhone.
There are no problems to play the game. Only when I hit the ! on top of the page and I try to get my prize via the button 'open', then I get that message that the Bubblegum Troll is causing a problem with my game and I must try again later.
