I was playing on a laptop, Candy Crush Friends Saga. I followed the instructions, tried both ways, FB sign in AND email. Neither transferred my game progress to the new laptop. Yes, Windows 10. No bother, I'm just going to start again. I'm not going anywhere... Thanks
